Following a six-month transition that honestly couldn’t have gone more smoothly, we’re delighted to say that Hanson European Caravan Transport Ltd is now fully settled into its new home in Beverley.
Absolute perfection
The entire team is thrilled to bits with our new premises. What just a few months ago was a messy, unused plot of land is now a fully operational base for our constantly growing company. Having cleared the site of all manner of detritus and hardcored the ground so that it can be used by a large fleet of heavy vehicles, we’re now focusing on a very bright future.
Two acres of space
We wanted to invest in our company’s ongoing growth, so we decided to purchase the two-acre site on Barmston Road in Beverley rather than finding a plot that was up for lease. Owning the premises means that we can develop and grow our business as we see fit, with none of the obstacles that come with being a tenant of a rented commercial property.
Professional offices
Our six-bay building and two-bay office were treated to a much-needed renovation. With fresh décor and amazing new flooring, our dedicated sales, admin, finance, marketing and management teams feel even more motivated and inspired every single day.
Perfect for our drivers
The site was specially designed around the easy movement for our wide range of vehicles. From our recently expanded escort fleet to the articulated lorries they accompany across the UK and Europe, the premises allow safe access and egress at all times.
Even relatively simple upgrades such as ample storage space for tools and our own outdoor toilets make a huge difference. These additions also mean that our drivers can follow social distancing rules to full effect, as the site is solely used by Hanson Caravan employees.

Ranging from a logical parking system and new security measures to COVID-compliant working environments and upgraded facilities, we’ve ticked all of the boxes we laid out for ourselves and a few more besides. The result is a static caravan transport company that can handle anything!
