After a year that many of us would prefer to forget, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers, staff and suppliers for their can-do spirit. Despite the lockdowns and special measures put in place during the pandemic, the positive attitude we’ve encountered on a daily basis has been a credit to the industry and you should all be very proud of your actions.
Keeping people safe
As soon as the government provided guidelines, we ensured that every member of our team responded in full. From office staff working remotely or socially distancing in the workplace, to our drivers respecting all of the rules that applied to their roles, our response to COVID-19 was meticulous and we didn’t let it slip even for a moment.
Inspiring customers
In those early days, we weren’t sure how the owners of static caravan sites would react to the lockdown. This was something that had never happened before, so the level of response from site owners could have been clunky and inconsistent. In reality, everyone we work with went above and beyond to comply with the new regulations and managed to stay positive in the process.
Closing accommodation sites for months on end was an incredibly hard thing for you all to do, yet your commitment to the best interests of public health was nothing short of exceptional.
Fulfilling demand
Though caravan sites were closed to visitors, we were able to continue working with customers in order to transport and deliver the highest quality of static caravans. Many of you took this as an opportunity to upgrade your sites with fresh caravans, as well as remove tired models that had seen better days. The result was an extended spring clean on a massive scale, with more sites than we can count greatly improving their offering.
During this time, we transported a large volume of static caravans across the UK and Europe, all while following the ever-changing guidelines to protect staff, customers and the public.
